Fitness has always been part of my life. Through my adolescence, into my teens and out of college I was always into some type of sport - surfing, Taekwondo, running, triathlons and Ironmans. In my 30’s I picked up golf and eventually played my way to a 3.2 handicap.
I was working a corporate job at Nike from the time I was 29. When I reached about 50, work was taking over and my weight was going in the wrong direction. I would still hit the gym consistently, but I didn’t have the energy or focus.
In 2018 I knew it was time to change. I refocused my fitness and nutrition. I put together a real plan and I haven’t looked back. I dropped weight, added more muscle and felt better than I had in my 20’s.
I became a Personal Trainer because of my passion for fitness, but more so because I want to help you achieve your goals. Fitness and health are more important now than ever. Let me help you build the fitness to help you lead the most productive life you can imagine.
