    Out of all the changes in golf over the recent years, one thing is clear - fitness plays a big part in a golfers practice and game.

    A stronger, fitter, healthier golfer hits it farther, is more accurate with their shots and reduces their risk of injury.

    According to data, more than 80% of golf related injuries are due to overuse and the most common injuries for amateur players are to the elbow, low back and shoulder.

    Amateur players will spend hundreds to thousands of dollars on instruction and the latest driver that claims to gain them 30yds off the tee, but will do nothing to improve their fitness and reduce injury. They often end up hitting the same distance with the new equipment because they lack the flexibility, mobility and strength to generate the club head speed that it actually takes to make that extra distance a reality.

    This is where I can help.

    I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer and TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) golf fitness trainer.

    I will take you through a series of golf fitness assessments and provide you with a report showing you where you might have swing flaws and power leaks that are draining your distance and accuracy.

    We can either put you on a self-guided program or I can work with you 1:1 to help you develop better stability, flexibility, mobility, power and strength that will allow your body to move into the proper positions in order to hit the ball farther and with more accuracy.

  • Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Screening Assessments

    The TPI Level 1 Movement screening is designed to assess your flexibility, mobility and stability as it relates to golf. The screening will produce a report and give you a “Fitness Handicap” showing areas to focus on for improvement.

    The TPI Strength Assessment Screening is a screen to evaluate your upper and lower body strength and how this may be affecting your power.

    $125 for TPI Level 1 Movement Screening

  • The Par Plan is a 6 week online plan designed to increase your Flexibility and Stability for your golf swing. We will connect the program through the MyTPI app or RDMFIT Personal Training app, so you have access to the workout directly on your phone or tablet.

    This workout can be done at home using bodyweight, resistance bands and dumbbells.

    PROGRAM INCLUDES:

    • 6 week self-guided plan through the MyTPI app and/or RDMFIT Personal Training app

    • 2 days per week workouts focusing on strength, mobility, stability and flexibility

    • Equipment needed: Bodyweight / Bands / Dumbbells

    Depending on who you ask, some will say that golf is way more mental than physical.

    Approaching the game with the right mindset and being able to play while maintaining focus is critical to playing better.
